4th Grade 2nd Exam Test Scope – Spring, 2023

 

Dear Parents,

 

The Second Monthly Exams are upon us, below is the exam schedule and test scope.

 

Please remind your child to go over vocabulary and reading stories listed in the test scope.

 

v  Listening Exam: Wednesday, 05/03

v  Oral Exam: Thursday/Friday, 05/04-05

v  Written Exam: Wednesday, 05/10

 

LISTENING & ORAL EXAMS:

 

·         Vocabulary Focus: Week 8 ~ Week 11 (Communication Book)

·         Reading Street Stories 4.1:

o   The Horned Toad Prince (pg. 116-129);

o   What Jo Did (pg. 178-187)

·         Listening Skills:

·         Long e, -s and –es endings

o    

o   Oral Exams: 10 Important Sentences

 

WRITTEN EXAM:

·         Vocabulary Focus: Week 8 ~ Week 11 (Communication Book)

·         Story Comprehension:

o   The Horned Toad Prince (pg. 116-129);

o   What Jo Did (pg. 178-187)

·         Phonics Focus: long e, -s and –es endings
