  臺北市大安區私立新民小學 111 學年第 2 學期 二 ~ 五 年級 Spelling Bee 英語 拼字比賽辦法 一、依據︰依本校行事曆辦理。 二、目的︰ 培養學生英語聽力和拼字能力，增進英語學習興趣 。 三、比賽日期：     ( 一 ) 初賽日期：由各班英語老師 自訂日期 舉行班內初選 5 位優勝者。     ( 二 ) 決賽日期︰ 二、三年級 112 年 5 月 26 日 ( 星期五 ) 中午 12 時 15 分 四、五年級 112 年 6 月 2 日 ( 星期五 ) 中午 12 時 15 分 四、參加決賽資格︰二 ~ 五年級 每班初賽選出 5 名代表參賽。 五、比賽地點︰ 三樓英語教室 ( 一 )( 二 ) 六、比賽規則：   1. 拼字比賽中的每一個參賽者是輪流比賽，在每一輪的比賽中必須拼一個單字。   2. 發音的老師要正確說出單字，評審老師判斷參賽者所拼出的單字是否正確，參賽者要在     10 秒內正確地拼出單字。   3. 所有參賽者坐在台下，依照順序輪流站到台前拼字。無法正確拼出單字者即退出比賽 。   4. 發音的老師說出單字之後，參賽者要先說出單字再拼字。例如 : 發音的老師說 : bee ，     參賽者要說 : bee, b-e-e, bee 。 (5 秒內 )   5. 參賽者可以要求發音的老師再說一次，如有需要參賽者可請發音老師提供一句例句，但不能要求其它的提示 。   6. 每位參賽者只有一次機會拚出正確單字，請思考清楚再回答，說出即無法更改。   7. 拼字比賽範圍內容 : 依據學校網站上公布內容為主之單字。 七、 評分標準：   1. 決賽 是以 口語競賽 為主。   2. 比賽會一直持續不間斷，直到台上剩下 3 位選手，即為第一 ~ 三名。   3. 冠亞軍爭奪賽 ( 當台上剩下最後 2 名參賽者時 ):       3-1. A 、 B 參賽者 皆拼對單字 時，將返回下一回合。       3-2. A 、 B 參賽者 皆拼錯單字 時，將返回下一回合。       3-3. A 參賽者如果拼對字， B 參賽者也拼同一個字，如果 B 錯誤， A 參賽者即可拼 ” 冠軍單字 ” ，如果 A 冠軍單字拼對 ， A 即
